Director General of Technology and Design of Qom Municipality says the construction of theme parks in Qom has increased significantly.
Reza Khanezad Yazdi made the remarks in a press conference which was held on the explanation of the 6-year performance of Qom Municipality.
Referring to the construction of thematic parks in the city of Qom, Khanezad Yazdi stated that the Nations Park has been recently designed and the Children’s Park has been constructed in the past.
He appreciated the effective measures of the Qom Municipality over the last 6 years, saying unlike the past that there has been no center to focus on the design of urban projects, with the establishment of a design center during the tenure of Dr. Saghaiannejad in Qom municipality, great achievements have been made in this field.
Touching upon the pedestrian construction movement as one of the projects that has been started in Qom in recent years, he noted that fortunately, the project was successfully implemented and welcomed by the citizens.
The municipal official went on to say that in designing these projects, we tried to have a good combination of green space and footpath to provide more welfare for the citizens.
He finally reiterated that we are seeking to be creative and use the location’s capacities in designing large urban parks such as the Thousand-Hectare park.
