The director general of Communications and International Affairs of Qom Municipality announced the opening ceremony of the tunnel extension of the Islamic Republic Boulevard and other projects on the eve of the birth anniversary of Hazrat Zahra (PBUH).
Mehdi Kalanterzadeh made the announcement referring to the beginning of the new round of opening and exploitation of urban projects in Qom.
The new stage of opening, operation and the start of executive operations of Qom urban projects in the form of “Qom on the path of development” plan will begin soon, he remarked.
He said that in the first step, the ceremony of opening and operating the tunnel extension of the Islamic Republic Boulevard in District 2 will be held on Wednesday, January 11, with the presence of the Minister of Interior.
This important urban project will be put into operation with the round-the-clock efforts of various urban management agents and with a credit of over 3,330 billion rials, he concluded.
