Three-year contract to be concluded for temporary businesses in Pardisan town

The director general of Revenue Recognition and Collection of Qom Municipality says considering that in the new list of sustainable incomes of municipalities, there is no title called temporary business, these licenses should be concluded in Pardisan in the form of three-year contracts so that we can use it for three years and people do not get into trouble.

Mohammad vahidnia made the remarks in the 68th official and public session of the Qom Islamic City Council.

He pointed out the problems of temporary business license renewal and stated, “According to the new sustainable income law, municipalities will not be able to issue or renew licenses from next year.”

He reviewed the new law on sustainable municipal incomes and added that in the topics that we have concluded in the working group of the Ministry of Interior, there is no commercial issue or temporary exploitation and it is not a part of the municipality’s income, and we must have a plan so that we don’t get into trouble in cases that are important, like Pardisan.
