The deputy of Environment and Urban Services of Qom Municipality said that more than 3 thousand personnel of urban services, city space, fire brigade, and other parts with 300 light and heavy mechanized machines are on full alert for the winter season.
Mehdi Isfahanian Moghadam made the remarks touching upon the beginning of the winter season and rainfall in the city of Qom.
This year, Qom Municipality is more prepared than in previous years, and all organizations and districts of the municipality are on full alert, he stated.
He declared the readiness of 300 light and heavy mechanized machines of urban services and added that more than 3 thousand personnel of urban services, city space, fire brigade, and other parts are on alert and will be active in case of rain, snow and frost in the city.
169 vulnerable points in the eight districts of Qom have been identified and most of them have been removed, and according to the planning and arrangements thought out during the rains, good services are provided to pilgrims and citizens, he reiterated.
