The CEO of Qom Municipality Parks and Green Space Organization says in the designs of Javan Park, the construction of a passive defense thematic park is on the agenda.
Payam Javadian made the announcement touching upon the necessity of the construction of a passive defense thematic park in Qom.
The issue of passive defense is considered in all fields of urban management, and one of the active fields in this area is urban green space which, in addition to the fact that this issue is important at the time of operation and creates better performance and efficiency in service, he said.
The municipality official went on to state that it also can turn the green space into a very strong potential for crisis management in times of incidents.
He further stressed that at times of crises, one of the sites that can provide complete services is urban green spaces.
It is an important issue to be able to predict the matter of passive defense in all parks during construction, he asserted.
And only turning a park into passive defense indicators is not under the discussion, and creating necessary factors for in all parks is on the agenda, he added.
