The governor of Qom hailed the mobilization of all the facilities and capacities of the municipality and other bodies in providing proper services to Nowruz travelers.
Abbas Zakerian made the remarks on the sidelines of visiting the Nowruz headquarters of Qom Municipality.
The governor stressed the mobilization of all facilities for the proper accommodation of Nowruz travelers, adding, “Due to the cold weather, the roofed accommodation was ordered by the provincial officials, but because of the lack of accommodation beds in the province, problems are still felt in this regard.
Troops and relief bodies are ready to serve along the transportation routes of the province, hospitals, and medical centers are on standby, and all health facilities in the province are complying with health protocols, he noted.
He went on to say that all service providers in the province are at the service of citizens, pilgrims, and travelers during Nowruz so that they can experience a sweet experience of traveling to this city.
The governor of Qom, referring to the measures taken by Qom Municipality in welcoming Nowruz travelers concluded that Qom Municipality Nowruz headquarters have been set up at the entrances of the city, and Qom City Management sector is one of the main bodies in serving travelers and pilgrims.
