The managing director of the Qom Municipality Beautification Organization has declared that the fifth edition of “Shahr Negar Qom” festival will be held in the very near future.
Qom Shahr Negar Festival will be held for the fifth time to promote artistic features in the urban landscape and visually organize and beautify urban spaces, said Seyyed Mohammad Mousavi Manesh in an interview.
Mousavi Manesh emphasized the importance of people’s participation in the city’s development, saying in order to have a dynamic city and citizens who feel responsible towards the city, we need to encourage people to contribute in urban management.
The fifth edition of Qom Shahr Negar Festival will be held in order to provide urban walls and murals for schools, he added.
He went on to say that the theme of the festival is learning science, promoting the culture of reading books, school games, enthusiasm and cheerfulness.
In the festival, we also deal with sports and children’s mobility in the two sections of primary and secondary schools, the municipal official noted.
