Passing the traditional approach in human resources management of Qom municipality

The deputy mayor in planning and human capital said: During the last 10 years, it underwent huge changes and we tried to advance the traditional approach of planning and human resources towards the approach of scientific topics.

He clarified: What is actually important and the main duty of all the institutions and subordinate organizations is to serve the people and be accountable, and this principle is the inherent basis for the creation of these institutions.

He continued: Due to the 300 important tasks that Qom Municipality is responsible for, missions have been set and placed in the form of a vision document and a set of operational plans, and this plan is updated every 5 years.

Mohammad Rezakhani said: The urban management group provides services to the people with the planned plans and takes necessary measures to correct and improve the situation after observing its feedback.

Emphasizing that responsibility is the basic principle of organizational behavior, Mohammad Reza Khani said: According to the rules of the municipal complex and organizational behavior, you are expected to present your ideas and opinions to your superiors and seek their feedback in addition to following up on matters.

He pointed out: Loyalty and creation of organizational commitment is one of the important issues in urban management and the municipality needs a responsible force.
