The head of the Women and Family Commission of the Islamic Council of Qom, emphasizing the increase in the budget for education in the field of prevention of social harms in the coming year, said: the promotion of culture is only possible with education and creating suitable platforms for cultural works.
In the 119th official public meeting of the Qom Islamic Council, Narjes Miazmand said: The Qom City Council has specialized in the field of reducing social harms in the past few years by forming the Women’s Commission.
The head of the Women and Family Commission of the Islamic Council of Qom emphasized: social harms are very widespread and prevention is within the authority of everyone, including the city council.
He also considered education as the best method of prevention and stated: Qom City Council, especially the Women and Family Commission, is ready for any cooperation in the field of education to prevent and reduce social harm.
At the end, he asked the members of the council to pay more attention to this issue in the next year’s budget and said: The promotion of culture is only possible with education and the creation of suitable platforms for cultural works, and we must act stronger in this sector.
