The construction of a solar farm and recycling town in Qom was approved at the council meeting of Qom Municipality’s waste management organization.
The council of the municipality waste organization was held in the meeting hall of Qom Municipality with the presence of the deputy of environment and urban services, members of the Islamic city council, the CEO, and board members of this organization.
At the beginning of the meeting, the approvals of the last meeting which was held in July were reviewed in 11 reading paragraphs, and the actions taken by the organization.
The use of knowledge-based companies regarding environmental issues and waste management and the use of student theses from prestigious universities of the province and the country at the master’s and doctorate levels were among the issues that the Waste Management Organization has paid attention to this year.
It was also ratified that students all over the country can present their theses in the field of waste management to this organization.
The construction of a solar farm and a recycling town in the Alborz site are the projects that the Waste Management Organization of Qom Municipality is working on.
