The head of the Urban Services and Pilgrim Affairs Commission of Qom Islamic City Council said that it is very important to show the readiness of the city in building trust in the people so that they would know the municipality is ready in case of any problem and crisis in winter.
Seyyed Mojtaba Sobhani Sabet made the comments in the municipality’s winter operation maneuver which was held at the center of smart monitoring and support of urban service machinery.
Emphasizing the city’s readiness to deal with crises, he stated that the first step in dealing with crises is to correctly identify the city’s facilities and capabilities in dealing with natural and unnatural events.
He considered the indicator of moving towards a safe city to identify the city’s capacities and added that in order to deal with incidents such as flooding, it is necessary to have all the city’s equipment and facilities clearly and completely defined.
And the implementation of the municipality’s winter maneuver is one of the good measures to prepare and recognize the city’s capacities, he underlined.
