The mayor of Qom emphasized the importance of implementing the eastern expansion project of the Holy Shrine in the shortest time, saying that this project is the second project of the Qom metropolis after the metro and its implementation is a credit to the city.
Dr. Seyyed Morteza Saghaiannejad made the remarks at the signing ceremony of the executive contract of the eastern extension project of the Holy Shrine of Hazrat Masoumeh (PBUH).
We hope that this project will be one of the successes of the administrators in Qom because, in addition to the development aspect for the city, it is a valubale work for Ahl al-Bayt (AS) and serving the pilgrims of this great school, he said.
This project, which is implemented on the eastern side of the Holy Shrine of Hazrat Masoumeh (PBUH) and the beginning of the Great Prophet (PBUH) boulevard, has more than 110 thousand square meters of built area, and 1,600 parking spaces, a public terminal and a set of pilgrim services have been designed for it, and its construction operations will begin soon.
