The first phase of the arrival of 99 new buses in the public transport fleet of Qom city was implemented today with the arrival of 15 buses on the eve of National Transportation Day with the Qom mayor in attendance.
The ceremony of entering 15 new buses into the bus fleet of Qom city was held today in the presence of Qom Mayor Dr. Saghaiannejad, Dehnad, head of the Civil and Transport Commission and members of the Islamic Council of Qom, and other city managers.
In this ceremony and in the first stage, 15 buses out of 99 purchased ones by the municipality to strengthen the bus fleet in different lines of Qom city were entered into the service system.
It should be mentioned that the cost of these buses has been financed with a credit of over 5120 billion rials, including the payment of 1.280 billion rials from the internal resources of Qom Municipality, as well as the payment of the government’s share in public transportation for the first time in years in the amount of 3.840 billion rials.
