The deputy of environment and urban services of Qom Municipality announced the planning and full readiness of forces and equipment in case of possible rains in Qom.
Referring to the beginning of the rainy season, Mehdi Isfahanian Moghadam announced the planning and forecasting of the necessary measures to prevent possible flooding in the eight districts of Qom.
For this purpose, numerous pathology meetings have been held to identify vulnerable points and resolve possible flooding with the presence of respected mayors, and respected deputies of technical and municipal services of eight districts, he reiterated.
In addition to identifying the vulnerable points in each region, the necessary technical measures have been taken to eliminate them which is a total of 168 identification points, of which more than 139 cases have been solved so far, he added.
Isfahanian Moghadam stated that more than 3,000 people from the service and green space forces in the eight regions and different departments of the municipality are engaged in operations during the rainy season to prevent problems and fix them, he said.
