The head of Qom Municipality’s Information and Communication Technology Organization pointed out that establishing the Internet of Things is one of the most important issues that we are pursuing in the municipality, saying this project will be followed in several phases.
Ali Momen Hejazi made the remarks on the sidelines of his visit to the 23rd Exhibition of Research and Technology Achievements of the province.
Touching upon that the basis of a country’s progress is based on creativity, science production and bringing science to industry, he stated that the realization of this issue will lead to self-sufficiency.
He went on to say that a self-sufficient country can meet the needs of society by relying on its knowledge and youth forces.
Stating that we can achieve self-sufficiency with modern and practical research, he said that fortunately there is a good connection with various science and technology centers in Qom Municipality.
The booths of the applied scientific center and the research group of Qom Municipality have been set up in the exhibition of research and technology achievements of the province.
