Following the progress of the Qom smartizaton process, the head of the Electronic Urban Development Control of Qom Municipality announced that the response to the urban planning inquiry of the municipality would be issued in less than one working day.
Seyyed Mahmoud Haji Mirrahimi made the announcement referring to the efforts of the urban management group to promote electronic urban development in achieving the goals of the smart city.
In the last two years, in a targeted program, fundamental changes have been made in the infrastructure and process structure in urban development, he said.
He stated that in the first step, by establishing two-way communication with the citizens, it was possible to register applications with titles such as license, completion certificate, bank inquiries and departmental inquiries at any hour of the day and night through the Qom-yar system.
In this situation, those citizens who are not able to register an electronic application for any reason, can go to the administration offices and register the application, he added.
