The director general of Coordination and Monitoring of Urban Services of Qom Municipality says cleaning services, green space, and urban services are provided by 1650 human forces in Qom.
Seyyed Mohsen Mirhadi made the remarks at the meeting of the Qom Islamic City Council Planning Commission.
Referring to the increase in the annual budgets of municipal services in recent years, he said, “Unfortunately, the spike in salaries, equipment, and costs has led to the increasing growth of municipal services.”
He further said that this year, 222 billion tomans have been approved for municipal services in the municipal budget.
The%57 increase in salaries, inflation, and the basic payment of workers’ service life have led to the growth of municipal services costs for municipalities, he added.
He went on to say that cleaning services, green space, and urban services are provided by 1650 human forces in Qom, and the cost of these measures is clearly specified.
He announced the increase in the urban space of Qom in recent years and concluded, “Currently, more than 28 million square meters of urban space is being cleansed in Qom.”
