Referring to the approval of the new constitution of Qom Municipality Information Technology Organization, the member of Qom Islamic City Council said accordingly that this organization will be removed from Article 54 and will operate under Article 84.
Masoumeh Amreh made the comments at the 55th official and public meeting of the Qom Islamic City Council.
The placement of municipal organizations under Article 54 has caused restrictions such as lack of financial independence, inability to participate in limited tenders, and inability to make contracts with other government organizations and institutions, she said.
The Qom Islamic City Council member announced the approval of the new constitution of the Information Technology Organization of Qom Municipality.
According to the new constitution, this organization will be removed from the subcategory of Article 54 and will operate underArticle 84, she reiterated.
With the approval of the new constitution and the activity of this organization in Article 84, the possibility of establishing a legal entity, the ability to earn money from the place of providing services, the ease of access in holding tenders, and the improvement of economic and budgetary performance will be provided, she underlined.
