The mayor of Qom says 13 thousand billion tomans of construction projects were implemented in Qom during the year 1400, and 16 flagship projects were put into operation in Qom.
Dr. Seyyed Morteza Saghaiannejad made the remarks at the 55th official and public meeting of the Qom Islamic City Council.
13 thousand billion tomans of construction projects were implemented in Qom during the year 1400 while the municipality’s total budget last year was 4 thousand billion tomans, which shows that the construction budget prevails over other budgets, he said.
Moreover, he stated that the construction of the Imam Khomeini Street parking with a credit of over 300 billion tomans along with the eastern side of the Holy Shrine has been finalized and has entered the implementation phase.
The mayor noted, “In addition, 19 spots for the construction of parking lots have been identified in different areas.”
