The CEO of the Parks and Green Space Organization of Qom Municipality announced the laying of 110 km of pipelines to remove tanker irrigation of the green spaces of Qom city.

Payam Javadian stated that according to the planning, nearly 110 kilometers of pipelines have been laid to eliminate the tanker in the green space maintenance agreements in the regions during the winter of 2021 and spring of 2022.

He said that a large amount of tanker irrigation has been removed and the quality of irrigation processes has been improved.

He then emphasized that all the efforts of the parks organization are aimed at improving the quality and management of green space irrigation.

Due to the lack of water resources, this work is very important and significant credit is spent every year in this field, he added.

The CEO of the Parks and Green Spaces Organization of Qom Municipality, referring to the nightly surveillance visits of the Parks Organization to the green spaces, noted that from June to August, during these visits, the wastage of water in green areas has been greatly reduced, and these visits continue and briefing and training sessions are held continuously.

Javadian concluded that irrigation management in the fields of green spaces has been greatly improved and productivity has reached an acceptable level.
