The spokesperson of the Qom Municipality Fire Department announced the dispatch of an operational water supply vehicle and three firefighters from the Qom Municipality to Karbala.
Hamid Karimi made the announcement referring to the beginning of the Arbaeen walk.
Ensuring the safety of citizens and compatriots on the route to Karbala and Qom is one of the priorities of the municipality and is on the agenda, he stated.
He declared the dispatch of an operational water supply vehicle and three firefighters to Karbala, adding, “Acting on the order of the mayor of Qom, an operational water supply vehicle as well as three firefighters have been dispatched to the station of the Qom Municipality in Karbala.”
In addition, the spokesperson of the Qom Municipality Fire Department also informed about the 24-hour deployment of the fire department’s team in the Jamkaran Holy Mosque.
Due to the accommodation of pilgrims and travelers in the Shabestan of Imam Hassan Asgari (AS) in the Jamkaran Holy Mosque, the firefighter team has been specially deployed in the mosque, he added.
