Guilds Town has entered the implementation stage by solving some problems and carrying out numerous construction measures, which can play a valuable role in improving the quality of urban life as well as the development of this large town.
Since the end of 2015 and according to the enactment of the Islamic City Council of Qom, the organizational structure of Guilds Town has been added to the Municipality Squares Organization in the form of a sub-group, and in this regard, this organization has used all its capacities to develop and stabilize this large town.
With the aim of preparing, transferring and organizing other trades related to the construction industry, the implementation of the third phase of Guilds Town with an area of 10 hectares, considering 10 main streets with an area of 30 thousand square meters, 14 thousand square meters of green space and also 140 workshop units with an area of 54 thousand square meters; They are on the agenda.
It should be mentioned that Guilds Town is a specialized construction industry town located on a land area of 136 hectares and around 5 km of the old Qom-Tehran road. The total number of units in the town is 1604 units which have been assigned to blacksmiths, and ironmongers and some of them have been handed over for service use.
