Coinciding with Government Week, the online system of the virtual cultural center with the title “Seray-e Shahr” was unveiled, aiming at creating an interactive atmosphere between citizens and the municipality with various facilities of Qom’s urban management, especially in the cultural and social spheres.
Hojjatuleslam Seyyed Ahmad Tabatabainejad today in the opening ceremony of 40 urban projects of Qom unveiled the virtual culture center of the Cultural, Social and Sports Organization of Qom Municipality on the occasion of Government Week.
The Saray-eShahr online system has been launched by utilizing the power of local knowledge-based companies to create two-way communication between citizens and the city management group, the municipality official said.
According to him, in the form of this software and its virtual cultural center, it has been possible to register for different courses and interactive spaces between citizens and the municipality.
The head of cultural, social and sports organization of Qom municipality concluded that in the form of this system, a virtual service desk of citizens has been operationalized and the opinions of citizens will be used and their feedback will be applied by managers in urban decisions.
