The Deputy of Environment and Urban Services of Qom Municipality says the activities of the municipality’s subordinate organizations associated with improving productivity and improving services to the people should become more prominent than ever.
Mehdi Isfahanian Moghadam made the comments in the meeting which was held by the council of the Industrial Slaughterhouse Organization of Qom Municipality.
Following the negotiations made with the General Directorate of Endowment and Charitable Affairs of the province, the lease of the industrial slaughterhouse has been extended for another year, he stated.
He stated that in the next year, matters related to the investment between endowment and charity affairs and Qom Municipality regarding the industrial slaughterhouse will be done, adding that the land of this slaughterhouse is currently under the ownership of the endowment organization and its building, owned by the municipality.
The future status and determination of the final task of the Qom industrial slaughterhouse in the field of repurposing green space, recreation, culture, etc. should be done in the form of specialized and joint working groups with the General Directorate of Endowments and Charitable Affairs of the province, he noted.
Emphasizing that any kind of transfer of property at the disposal of the Qom industrial slaughterhouse should be done in coordination, he reiterated the activities of the municipality’s subordinate organizations associated with improving productivity and improving services to the people should become more prominent than ever.
