Deputy Planning and Director General of Human Capital of Qom Municipalityhave paid a visit to the Taxi Management and Supervision Organization.
According to the news unit of the Qom Municipality Taxi Management and Supervision Organization, Seyyed Abolfazl Ismaili and Mehdi Mobini, Director General of Human Resources of Qom Municipality, visited the Taxi Organization on Tuesday.
Deputy Planning and Director General of Human Capital of Qom Municipality, along with Nik, the head of the taxi drivers’ organization, visited all parts and offices of this organization and were informed about their performance and activities.
During the visit, the head of the taxi organization explained the recent developments of the organization, including outsourcing all taxi services to government offices, such as issuing, renewing and changing employment licenses, transferring taxis, issuing leave, and so on.
Ali Nik then referred to the launch of the Drivers’ Welfare Club in order to provide better services to taxi drivers and their families.
“Human resources and their problems in terms of changing employment status, welfare and recreation issues, and… in the organization should be considered,” he concluded.
