Qom urban management supports innovative students

Chairman of the Civil Engineering and Transportation Commission of the Islamic City Council of Qom says the city’s urban management sector supports innovative students’ ideas suggesting new useful approaches.

Seyyed Mohammad Hossein Dehnad made the remarks at the opening ceremony of the Festival of Technological and Technical Ideas held at Farabi university.

People who are outside the urban management sector can offer a good solution to improve the performance of the municipality with a new look, and holding technology festivals can help the urban management in this regard, he stated.

There are many capacities and resources in our country that if the right decisions are made to use them, we will definitely have a bright future, he noted.

Moreover, he stressed that Iran’s location in the transit axis of the region is one of these capacities.

If the policy of expanding the railways from the south to the north and from the west to the east of the country is realized, we can close the oil wells and give a lot of prosperity to the country’s economy through the income from transit cargo, he added.
