The Mayor of Qom has said one of the characteristics of this program should be the application of the opinions of the elders and elites of the seminary, emphasizing the importance of compiling the comprehensive cultural program of Qom Municipality in 1401.
Dr. Seyyyed Morteza Saghaiannejad stressed the importance of the central program in the movement of the municipality in the field of culture.

He said that Qom Municipality Cultural Organization should develop a comprehensive program for municipal cultural movement this year and implement it.
He went on to note that. in this way, it is very important to pay attention to the criteria of program development, including considering upstream documents.
The mayor of Qom, pointing out that the cultural organization is the main element in formulating the program and implementing the municipality’s policies in the field of culture concluded that in compiling this comprehensive plan, the issue of independence and power of the organization in implementing cultural affairs should be considered.
