Qom Municipality Fire and Safety Services Department handed over a rare bird of prey that was abandoned in the city to the province’s Environment Department.
Hamid Karimi said that after a citizen informed the 125 Command Center about a rare bird of prey was trapped in a four-wall place, the operational forces were immediately dispatched to the scene.
He added that the forces of Qom Municipality Fire and Safety Services Department saved the bird of prey and delivered it to the General Department of Environment of Qom Province.
A spokesman for the Qom Municipality Fire and Safety Services Department stated that the bird was caught in a closed space on Shahid Sadoughi Street, which was handed over to the related authorities after the citizen had called 125.
