The head of investment affairs of Qom Municipality says the city of Qom has attracted 6 times more investors than before.
Mohammad Reza Marefat made the remarks in the inauguration ceremony of the recreation and green space projects of Qom Municipality which was held on Wednesday.
Marefat also announced that Qom Municipality has concluded 24 investment contracts in the last six years,
Referring to the opening of Ghadir amusement park, which is the largest amusement park in the city of Qom, he said Qom municipality has striven to carry out the project over the last three years, and finally, it successfully completed despite currency fluctuations.
This is the first amusement park where all the layout, elements, and green space were designed for this purpose and it has been used experimentally in the last month, he noted.
The municipality has signed a 20-year contract with the investor to build this amusement park, he said while adding the investor is committed to investing more than 200 billion rials in this project.
He went on to say that the municipality has also allocated more than 150 billion rials to landscaping, infrastructure, etc.
Furthermore, the head of investment affairs of Qom Municipality reiterated that since 2015, the municipality has signed 24 contracts worth 23,000 billion rials with investors.
