Technical and Civil Deputy of Qom Municipality says that the implementation of various civil and service projects in the city of Qom can be considered as one of the significant factors that reduces social harm and urban violations.
Touching upon the negative effects of removing the play space from the architecture and construction of houses, Abbas Halvaei Zadeh stated that if we can create appropriate spaces in urban management for filing the gap with social vitality, some of the harm will be removed.
He went on to say that the young’s leisure time can be filled with the amusement projects in Ghadir and Alavi Parks, Pilgrim Park, Bird Gardens, the Museum of the Islamic Revolution and Sacred Defense, etc.
When we fill the young’s free time with proper programs in urban management, there is no room for crime and social harm, he noted.
The municipal official reiterated that once a civil or service project is launched in a neighborhood with high crime rate, there is no room left for criminals.
Technical and Civil Deputy of Qom Municipality further stressed the importance of operating civil and service projects in Qom, referred to some of its significant achievements as attracting investment, creating job opportunities, reducing crime, and increasing economic prosperity.
