The mayor of Qom has said some neighborhoods including Nobahar and Darvazeh Rey need regeneration which can use the capacity of land bartering to improve their condition.
Dr. Seyyed Morteza Saghaiannejad made the comments in the meeting of the Provincial Regeneration Headquarters, which was held in the meeting hall of the Urban Train Organization.
Part of the approvals of the President’s trip to Qom was in the field of urban regeneration, which needs to be implemented carefully and powerfully due to the public concerns of the citizens, he stated.
The mayor of Qom then referred to the issue of identifying investment-prone blocks and land bartering.
He went on to say that Nobahar and Darwazeh Rey neighborhoods are in need of regeneration, which can use the capacity of land bartering to improve their condition, he reiterated.
It is worth mentioning that the meeting of the Provincial Regeneration Headquarters was held in the presence of Dr. Seyyed Morteza Saghaiannejad, Mayor, Ebrahim Motamedi, and Deputy Coordinator of Civil Affairs of Qom Governorate.
Director General of Roads and Urban Development of the province and a group of provincial officials and managers of the urban management were among other participants.
