Managing Director of Qom Municipality Cultural, Artistic and Sports Organization has declared that a virtual cultural center, named “The City’s House”, will be opened in the city of Qom in the near future.
One of the basic needs of Qom is to provide cultural services in the context of cyberspace, said Abolghasem Moghimi in an interview on Saturday, saying several measures have already been taken to this end.
Moreover, to facilitate providing the services, the problems of cultural centers were removed and the process of doing things was automated so that the citizens can enroll in local courses and classes at home, Moghimi added.
He went on to say that in “The City’s House”, cultural activists and citizens have access to citizenship cultural products, movies, and clips and become familiar with the city’s tours and public spaces.
The municipal official finally stated that the cultural center will provide services to virtual tours of different places in Qom.
Previously, the mayor of Qom Dr. Seyyed Morteza Saghaiannejad had stressed that cultural programs should be carried out electronically.
Dr. Saghaiannejad emphasized the importance of electronic implementation of cultural programs, saying that this should be a priority for the Cultural, Artistic, and Sports Organization of Qom Municipality.
