The head of the Civil and Transportation Commission of the Qom Islamic City Council pointed to the actions taken by the municipality in smartening and providing electronic services, saying for people to use and be satisfied with the software, the need to inform and simplify the software is seen.
Seyyed Mohammad Hossein Dehnad made the comments at the 70th official and public meeting of the Qom Islamic City Council.
For people to use and be satisfied with the software, the need to inform and simplify the software is well seen because in many cases the lack of awareness of the people in different sectors is tangible, he stated.
He further pointed to the actions taken by the municipality in the field of smartening and providing electronic services and noted that good things have happened in the intra-organizational sector in smartening, but the measures taken in the extra-organizational sector and the sector related to citizens need a detailed survey and we can not be satisfied with software indicators.
