Qom’s buses to be equipped with pos machines for the first time in the country

The head of the Qom Municipality Bus Organization says in order to eliminate cash payment, for the first time in the country, pos machines have been installed in the buses of Qom city, hoping to be able to completely eliminate cash from the payment cycle.

Ali Nik made the remarks during the unexpected visit of Dr. Saghaiannejad, the mayor of Qom, to the municipality Bus Organization.

He announced the installation of pos machines in buses for the first time in the country, adding, “To eliminate cash payment, for the first time in the country, card readers have been installed in the buses of Qom city, and we hope to be able to completely eliminate cash from the payment cycle.”

Elsewhere in his remarks, he asserted, “Currently, 78 administrative staff and drivers are working in the organization, he stated presenting the organization’s work report.”

350 drivers are working in the company, and including the administrative staff and drivers working in the organization, a total of 60 billion Rials are paid for the salaries of these people on a monthly basis.
