The director of District 8 of Qom Municipality announced the implementation of more than 48 thousand meters of linear piping in the green space of Pardisan Town.
In this year, the amount of 45 billion rials has been allocated for the implementation of piping in the green space, Mohammad Hossein Ali Akbari said.
This project aimed at increasing the satisfaction and efficiency of optimal water consumption, developing pressurized irrigation and reducing the tanker irrigation system in Pardisan Town, he noted.
The director of Qom Municipality’s District 8 further went on to add that from the beginning of this year until now, about 48 thousand meters of piping worth 30 billion Rials have been installed.
The project was carried out in the form of implementation, and maintenance, and this has caused the elimination of irrigation with water tankers for an area of at least 20 hectares, he asserted.
