The head of the Civil and Transportation Commission of the Qom Islamic City Council says it is expected that the Research Council of Qom Municipality plays a more prominent role in the planning and budgeting of the urban management field.
Seyyed Mohammad Hossein Dehnad made the remarks at the 56th official and public session of the Islamic City Council of Qom.
The field of research is one of the root structures that can help increase efficiency and improve processes in municipalities, he underscored.
He further considered strategy and practicality along with comprehensiveness and integrity to be essential for the Research Council and the Research Center of Qom Islamic City Council.
The capacity and research outputs of these two centers should be used and paid attention to by managers in decision-making, he stated.
The head of the Civil and Transportation Commission of the Qom Islamic City Council concluded that if the principle of research in the urban management complex is not taken into account, we will have to carry out the measures with the old and troublesome processes of the past.
