The deputy of Transportation and Traffic of Qom Municipality stressing the use of data from smart systems in the public fleet said Operation management is being carried out in a modern way and based on a regular schedule of bus commutes.
Masoud Tabibii made the comments at the meeting of the Council of the Bus Organization which was held with the mayor of Qom in attendance.
Management of maintenance in a traditional way without using the data of smart systems, entrusting important executive responsibilities to unqualified people, management of the operation in a traditional way without having a regular schedule of commute, focusing on the renewal of the fleet without considering other needs are some of the concerns of the current fleet, he said.
He further considered it necessary to use modern data systems and technology in the optimal management of the public fleet.
The deputy of Transportation and Traffic of Qom Bus Organization concluded that smart management of bus maintenance using data from smart systems, assigning important executive responsibility to qualified people, management of the operation in a new way and based on a regular schedule of commutes, and partnership with the private sector in fleet renewal should be implemented.
