The Chairman of the Islamic Council of Qom Province says currently, the Islamic Council of Qom City and Qom Municipality have integrated urban management in infrastructures such as water, electricity, gas, telecommunication, etc and the head of the Supreme Council of Provinces is also consulting and following up its implementation at the level of the Cabinet of Ministers.
Mashallah Saadatmand made the comments referring to the importance of integrated urban management.
Integrated urban management is one of the things that has been paid attention to in various development programs of the country, he stated.
He stressed that in various development programs of the country, it has been specified that the service activity should be handed over to the urban management group.
In his recent trip to Qom, the head of the Supreme Council of Provinces of the country announced the willingness of the authorities to execute integrated urban management in Qom, which was welcomed by the mayor and governor of Qom, he noted.
At present, the administrative group of the province and Qom Municipality are ready for the trial implementation of this plan, and it is necessary to make a final decision at the level of the Ministry of Interior, he concluded.
