The head of the Investment and People’s Participation Organization of Qom Municipality enumerated the investment capacities in the city with the help of the private sector, sayingsSpots in the city have been identified to be available to the private sector for investment, which are defined by various methods.
Ali ramezani made the comments referring to the investment capacities of the city of Qom.
Touching upon the opening of the Galaxy project on Ghadir Boulevard, he said, “Galaxy project in Ghadir Blvd has been implemented with the aim of increasing recreational and tourism facilities and with the participation of the private sector.”
He drew attention to the uses of the Galaxy project on Ghadir Boulevard and added, “This complex was built with the cooperation of the private sector and with uses such as cinema, restaurant and amusement park and was added to the Ghadir Park entertainment complex.
He went on to say that this project has been starting since 2016 and the area of the project is over 32 thousand square meters, 10,000 square meters of which is built, and the ambit of the complex is also 26,000 square meters.
He called the investment value and model “BOLT” and noted that the type of investment is in the form of construction and operation, permission and assignment, and the value of the investment is assessed at the current price of 280 billion tomans.
