Qom’s terminals serving 4,000 Mashhad pilgrims in Benevolence Decade

The head of the Passenger Terminals Organization of Qom Municipality announced the service of 150 buses from the City’s central terminal to the holy city of Mashhad in the Decade of Benevolence.

Seyyed Reza Hosseini made the comments while elaborating on the measures taken by the municipality during the Benevolence Decade.

According to the news unit of the Passenger Terminals Organization of Qom Municipality, 3,975 pilgrims were sent to the holy city of Mashhad from the central terminal of this organization in Qom.

The CEO of the Passenger Terminals Organization of Qom Municipality pointed out that most of the pilgrims are from Iraq and neighboring countries, who benefit from the services of the Terminals Organization every day.

Moreover, he stated that in the Decade of Benevolence, religious ceremonies were held for pilgrims and travelers, adding that about 1500 cultural packages were distributed among travelers in this decade.

The Decade of Benevolence marks the ten days between the birth anniversary of Hazrat Masoumeh (AS) and her brother, the eighth Sia Imam.
