Concurrently with the Decade of Benevolence and the holding of Shiraz Cultural Week in Qom, a Literary gathering named “Sun and Moon” was held with a group of poets from the cities of Qom and Shiraz at the Qom Art Center.
Following the various cultural programs of Shiraz Cultural Week in Qom and with the presence of a number of managers of Qom and Shiraz urban management sector, the literary gathering of “Sun and Moon” was held with the enthusiastic participation of poets of different poetic styles.
In this poetry gathering, which was performed by Mohammad Javad Sharafat, one of the prominent ritual poets of the country, the poets presented their new poems to Imam Reza (AS), Hazrat Fatemeh Masoumeh (AS) and Hazrat Musa Mobaraqa (AS).
The decade of Benevolence is the ten days between the birth anniversaries of Hazrat Masoumeh (AS) and his brother, the eighth Shia Imam.
Following the literary gatherings of Shiraz Cultural Week in Qom, the Goharshad Poetry Circle for women and Literary Poetry and Criticism Circle with the presence of prominent professors and poets from Qom, Shiraz and other cities of the country will be held today and tomorrow.
