The Vice President of the Islamic City Council says Qom Urban Management has had the most cooperation and interaction in the construction of public libraries in recent years.
Mahmoud Mesgari made the remarks in the meeting of the Qom Public Libraries Association, which was held in the presence of the governor in the governorate’s conference hall.
In recent years, Qom Municipality has allocated 10 billion Tomans discount on issues related to firefighting and other matters to the public library of Ayatollah Marashi Najafi, he stated.
The councilor went on to say that in the construction of mosques, Qom Municipality, in addition to facilitating commercial issues, does not receive any costs in the construction of libraries in mosques in the field of licensing and other services.
Referring to the half percent contribution of the city administration in the development of public libraries, he noted, “The volume of cash and non-cash contributions of Qom Municipality in the development of urban libraries is much more than this amount.”
The Vice President of the Islamic City Council of Qom reiterated that the Qom city management sector has the most cooperation and interaction in the construction of public libraries.
