A number of members of the Islamic City Council of Qom along with the municipality’s managers have explored the avenues of joint cooperation with the head of the Science and Technology Park of Qom province.
The meeting was held in the presence of Seyyed Mohammad Hossein Dehnad, head of the Research Center, Masoumeh Amreh, member of Qom Islamic City Council, Ali Momen Hejazi, head of Qom Municipality Information and Communication Technology Organization, and Seyed Hassan Akhavan Alavi, head of Qom Science and Technology Park.
Holding joint national and provincial events with the cooperation of both the Science and Technology Park and Qom Urban Management sector was examined.
The display and presentation of the latest achievements of technology companies in Qom Science and Technology Park at the national exhibition of achievements of knowledge-based companies in the field of urban management in Qom, which will be organized by Qom Municipality were also among the issues discussed.
The use of scientific and equipment capacity of technology and knowledge-based companies in the field of waste management, smartization, traffic and transportation, and urban green space was also explored in this meeting.
Furthermore, support for startups was mentioned as one of the main missions of information technology in Qom Municipality and emphasis was placed on supporting knowledge-based and creative companies in issues related to urban management and public service to citizens.
