Director General of Communications and International Affairs of Qom Municipality stated that 12 metropolitan projects will be inaugurated on the occasion of Qom Day with a credit of 2 thousand billion Rials.
He made the remarks at a virtual press conference which was held on the occasion of the anniversary of the arrival of Hazrat Fatemeh Masoumeh (AS) in Qom and Qom Day as well.
Touching upon the events, Mehdi Kalantarzadeh said that over the past years, the urban management bodies, including the municipality and the Islamic City Council of Qom, tried to take special measures in line with the vision document of Qom.
He went on to add that one of the eminent works in this regard was naming 23 Rabi al-Awal as Qom Day.
Referring to the programs of Qom Municipality on the occasion of Qom Day, he stressed that 12 metropolitan projects in the framework of Qom Day projects with a credit of 2,000 billion ًًRials have been performed, which would be inaugurated during upcoming days.
The municipality official noted that all the ceremonies will be held with a minimum presence of people and with strict observance of health protocols.
