Director General of Communications and International Affairs of Qom Municipality announced that the deadline for submitting works to the media festival of Qom Municipality has been extended until November 5, regarding several requests from media persons.
Referring to the role of this media festival in drawing people’s attention to the performance and responsibilities of the municipality, Mahdi Kalantarzadeh said that municipalities tasked with some 372 missions in the city while people are generally familiar with a few of them, adding that the media festival aims to show different aspects of urban management functions.
Touching upon different parts of the media festival, the Qom Municipality official stated that all journalists and media including both domestic and foreign media can participate in this media festival
He also pointed to the wide participation of non-Persian speaking and international media, elaborating on international parts of the media festival.
International section includes intel religious, scientific and cultural discourse.
The first edition of Qom Municipality media festival dubbed “Shahr-e Ma” (Our City) has been launched by the General Directorate of Communications and International Affairs.
It was started from July 22 and now extended until November 5.
