The success of smart city projects through technology and technical capital is not determined and depends on inter-organizational management and coordination and should focus on inter-organizational cooperation and interaction, Ali Momen Hejazi said, referring to the most important challenges facing the implementation of the smart plan on a large scale in the city.
The head of the Information and Communication Technology Organization of Qom Municipality asserted that the lack of inter-organizational unity is harmful in the way of providing services to the citizens, which can also cause disruption in the way of making smart and slow down or make it impossible to move towards creating a smart city.
e then pointed to the signing of a joint memorandum of understanding between Qom Municipality’s ICT Organization and Qom Province Post Office and added the ground for the exchange of location and zip code information between these two organizations is prepared, and citizens can receive a ten-digit zip code in the shortest possible time without the need to visit the post office or the municipality.
