The mayor of Qom, along with the governor and the chairman of Qom City Council visited the metro project on Sunday.
Dr. Seyyed Morteza Saghaeiannejad, accompanied by Mohammad Taghi Shahcheraghi, the governor of Qom, Dr. Hussein Eslami, the chairman of Qom City Council, and a number of provincial and city managers visited the great project of Qom metro.
Having been present at martyr Motahari station, provincial and city officials visited the executive stages of the project, and got informed about the latest conditions for conducting a hot test of the Qom metro.
Moreover, the managing director of the Qom city train organization presented a report on the latest status of the project’s executive operations, stressing that for launching the project and conducting a hot test, we need to provide wagons.
Elaborating on the progress of metro project stations, Mansour Darvishi reiterated that Keshavarz and Motahhari stations are 90% complete.
Darvishi further touched upon the importance of installing crossovers in the metro project and declared that the latest crossover required for the metro’s hot testing was recently set up.
The total number of crossovers required for the hot testing is 6, and the last and sixth crossovers were installed in the past few days, he explained.
