On the occasion of the arrival anniversary of Hazrat Fatemeh Masoumeh (AS) in Qom, her holy shrine was decorated with the participation of Qom Municipality.
The flower-laying ceremony of Hazrat Fatemeh Masoumeh (AS) holy shrine was held on Friday with the presence of her shrine’s servants.
In this spiritual ceremony, which was widely welcomed by the pilgrims to the holy shrine of Hazrat Masoumeh (AS), Qom Municipality participated preparing flower branches to decorate the holy place.
It was announced earlier that the city of Qom and Beit al-Noor are going to be decorated on the occasion of the arrival anniversary of Hazrat Fatemeh Masoumeh (AS) from Saveh in Qom.
The mayor of Qom Dr. Seyyed Morteza Saghaghiannejad had previously ordered to commemorate the historic day by beautifying the city and the spiritual and historical place of Beit al-Noor.
This is the third year that Qom municipality has performed various programs, including 23 special cultural and artistic programs, to commemorate this day.
In 2019, the Provincial Public Culture Council named the anniversary of the arrival of Hazrat Fatemeh Masoumeh (AS) in Qom, coinciding with the 23rd of Rabi al-Awal, as the ‘Day of Qom’.
