The head of Qom Municipality’s Crisis Management unit says all service centers of the municipality have been active since the beginning of the outbreak of the coronavirus according to the national and provincial protocols of the COVID Headquarters.
Referring to the readiness of Qom Municipality to deal with the coronavirus conditions, Ali Akbar Rahimi, stated that all service centers of Qom Municipality have been active since the beginning of the spread of the nobel virus on the basis of national and provincial guidelines of the Coronavirus Headquarters and the fight against this vicious virus has never been stopped.
Rahimi noted that according to the circumstances, the measures of the municipality in response to this virus will change while stressing the needs for all citizens to comply with health protocols until the improvement of the situation in Qom Province.
Moreover, the deputy of municipal services of Qom municipality has announced that currently, another 1,100 sweepers are waiting to be vaccinated.
Elaborating on the details of coronavirus vaccine jabs to different groups of municipality service staffers, Seyyed Amir Sameh reiterated that at the first stage of injecting the COVID-19 vaccine and allocating a quota to Qom Municipality, 12 undertakers who were working in Behesht Masoumeh Cemetary received these vaccines.
