The director of Qom Bus Organization announced the distribution of 10,000 masks among the drivers of this organization on the eve of the fourth wave of coronavirus spread.
Pointing to the importance of observing health protocols by bus drivers, Ali Nik said that since the outbreak of the Coronavirus in early March of last year, the company has made great efforts to prevent the spread of the deadly virus.
He noted that the bus organization totally implemented the instructions of the National Coronavirus Headquarters and health protocols in order to preserve the safety of drivers and passengers.
The chief of Qom Bus Organization stressed that since last year, masks have been regularly distributed among private and public bus drivers in several stages.
He went on to specify that with the plans made in this stage, from today, again, about 500 masks will be distributed on daily basis among bus drivers in Qom.
“The reality is that bus drivers are at the forefront of providing services to citizens and are vulnerable,” Nick said.
